How to Naturally Lift Your Mood

Real talk: Rubbish news often hits us out of left field, and suddenly we can be left with a little less pep in our step. Whether it’s about a love interest, a job, the wrong coffee order, or the effects of a seemingly never-ending winter, fear not, there are ways to naturally level out that mood all while spoiling yourself. Keep scrolling to see my tried-and-tested beauty hacks for getting out from under the bummed-out cloud and back into a state of balance.

Not to be super L.A. here, but essential oils can help start the day off right. Maybe it’s the ritual of it, or perhaps it’s just the effort of doing something for yourself, but since incorporating them into my life I’ve felt happier. It’s the little things.
