20+ Psychology Tricks to Read Anyone Like a Book
Readers, Help Me Out Here - Have You Ever Dealt With Hives?
I am under a huge amount of stress right now. I've got a book to finish, I'm under an enormous workload at the day job due to a big project being dropped in my lap, my daughter is twelve and acting every bit of it, David has learned to back talk (from his sister, who as previously mentioned, is twelve) and as always, my financial issues are weighing heavy on my mind.
It's all nothing out of the ordinary, really, but over the last couple of weeks, I've noticed something weird. I keep getting hives! They'll show up on my arms or my torso out of nowhere - raised welts and itching like crazy. There's no rhyme or reason to them, other than they seem to hit after I've had a particularly stressful couple of hours (or a whole day).
I've used Claritan with some success, but I hate having to dope myself up just because I'm stressing, here. And the non-drowsy stuff makes me feel floaty and weird all day, which doesn't help with concentration, whichreallydoesn't help when you're working a big project and trying to write a book.
Have any of you ever dealt with stress-hives? Please tell me I'm not the only over-stressed single mom out there who breaks out in a rash. I'd love some natural remedies, if you know them!
